Radio Tacoma is in the process of applying for a permit from the City of Tacoma to put our tower up. We are plowing through the requirements and regulations, but there are several places we could use some help.
We need to have a site plan and landscaping plan indicating the specific placement of the facility on the site, the location of existing structures, trees, and other significant features with professionally designed drawings. Our worker bees are all volunteers with many skills, however, landscape architecture is not among those skills. None of us are lawyers, either, and we need to make a contract with the Tacoma Friends Meeting and place a legal notice in the paper. Legal language is always helpful.
