Exploring the Tacoma Catholic Worker Compound
The Tacoma Catholic Workers have a compound that takes up the better part of a city block. Moved by their faith and dedication to social justice, the workers do what they can to help build up the community they are a part of. I have been fortunate enough to spend time with them and see first hand how they do this.
This audioscape takes you around their compound. In it, we hear from Gary Waldron, Melissa Yager and Mark Votava. They talk about their community, their work and what it means to be a Catholic Worker.
